With over 28 years of experience in both executive management and business consulting roles, he has led and managed several large and medium scale projects in business process re-engineering, organizational transformation, financial restructuring, and e-commerce. He has also interviewed and assessed hundreds of candidates for senior and mid-level positions, and facilitated executive trainings and workshops on strategy, change management, leadership, and finance.
Olatoye holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (1988) and a Master’s degree in Development Economics (1996). He is a thorough-bred Chartered Accountant with over 22 years post-qualification experience, a PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner, a PECB Certified ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager and an ITIL Continuous Service Improvement Specialist. He is also an International Finance Corporation (IFC) Certified Trainer in Environmental and Social Risk Management.
