Olatoye Ogunmola

With a rich background and strong competencies in Finance, Business Strategy, Business Communication and Project Management, Olatoye Ogunmola has for several years been impactful in the advancement of diverse organisations in Nigeria.

He is a multi-skilled business management professional and a versatile organisational development specialist who has led major structural and human transformation projects for small, medium and very large organisations across multiple sectors. 

He leverages his deep competencies in business strategy, people optimization, project management, and digital transformation to deliver high-impact solutions for clients across diverse industrial sectors in Nigeria and West Africa.

With over 28 years of experience in both executive management and business consulting roles, he has led and managed several large and medium scale projects in business process re-engineering, organizational transformation, financial restructuring, and e-commerce. He has also interviewed and assessed hundreds of candidates for senior and mid-level positions, and facilitated executive trainings and workshops on strategy, change management, leadership, and finance.

Olatoye holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (1988) and a Master’s degree in Development Economics (1996). He is a thorough-bred Chartered Accountant with over 22 years post-qualification experience, a PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner, a PECB Certified ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager and an ITIL Continuous Service Improvement Specialist. He is also an International Finance Corporation (IFC) Certified Trainer in Environmental and Social Risk Management.

His key strengths are in business transformation, leadership and capacity building.
